Sheldon Marsh Monthly Census

Working with the preserve, we will hold a walk on the 1st day of each month to record bird and animal species to the preserve staff. This effort will help all of us better understand populations and distribution at Sheldon. The first walk is January 1, 2020 at 8am. Feel free to meet in the parking lot and enjoy a few hours of birding and exploring.

Kids Nature Club Meetings have been added to the website. Register your kids today for these fun and educational activities!

Christmas Bird Count

The Christmas Bird Count or CBC is a long standing tradition of the National Audubon Society with over 100 years of citizen science involvement. This early winter bird census will cover our CBC circle in an effort to record birds over a 24-hour period.
