Firelands Audubon offers many ways to learn about birds and how to enjoy viewing our feathered friends. 

  • FAS offers a Birding workshop class each spring that runs for 6 consecutive weeks. Evening classroom lectures and Saturday field trips make this an informative, fun and social way to learn and enjoy birds. 

  

Information on various local birding hotspots and links to maps and directions.

Many of our local resident birds can be found on  daily basis. Others that use our area during migration can be rewarding to see.

 Our monthly Newsletter, The Great Blue Newsletter, is packed with information and updates about what FAS is up to.  The Little Blue Update is available on the website for recent sightings and information. 

The American Birding Association Birding Code of Ethics is something that all birders should be familiar with. take a moment to review the Code of Ethics here.
