
Firelands Audubon Society offers many interesting and worthwhile causes to become involved with. Each year there is a scholarship awarded and an art contest held for students of Huron and Erie Counties.

The Dean Sheldon Jr. Memorial Scholarship
a $750.00 scholarship is available each year to any full time sophomore, junior or senior student living in Erie or Huron County who is attending an accreditted college or university. The student must have a declared major of:

geoenvironmental science

interpretive services

landscape management

natural resources
-
recreation administration
-
or a closely related field
